1) Digital-Only Delivery

  • We don’t ship physical items. All products are digital (PDFs/notes/kits).

  • Access is granted online via your NotesVault account and/or secure link.

2) Delivery Time

  • Instant access after successful payment (usually within a few minutes).

  • If access isn’t visible in 10 minutes, check email (inbox/spam) or contact support.

3) Order Confirmation

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation and access link at your registered email.

  • Keep your email and order ID safe for future support.

4) Access Issues

  • Payment succeeded but no access? Email mail.notesvault@gamil.com with your order ID.

  • We can re-send links or restore access after verification.

5) File Formats & Devices

  • Optimized for phones, tablets, and laptops.

  • Typical formats: PDF or web view. Some packs may include ZIP folders.

6) Download Limits & Security

  • Sharing public links or re-uploads is prohibited.

  • Excessive downloads or suspicious activity may trigger temporary blocks.

7) System Maintenance

  • Rare maintenance/outages may briefly delay delivery. We work to restore quickly.

8) Incorrect Email / Typos

  • If you entered the wrong email during checkout, contact us ASAP with proof of payment.
