Return & Exchange Policy

At NotesVault, we sell digital study materials (notes, cheat sheets, placement prep kits, interview packs). Because of the nature of digital goods, returns and exchanges are not applicable. Once you have purchased and accessed/downloaded a file, it cannot be “returned.”

However, we want every student to have a smooth experience. Please review our policy below:


1) No Physical Returns

  • We do not sell or ship physical goods.

  • All products are delivered digitally through NotesVault.space.

2) Exchanges

  • Since content is digital, exchanges are not possible.

  • If you purchased the wrong product by mistake, contact us immediately at mail.notesvault@gamil.com before accessing the file. In some cases, we may be able to assist.

3) Refunds (Special Cases Only)

Refunds are not standard, but may be considered if:

  • Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally bought the same product twice.

  • Technical Issue: You were unable to access/download the file and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time.

  • Legal Requirement: A refund is required by applicable law.

Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. Email us at mail.notesvault@gamil.com with your order ID and problem details.

4) Content Quality

We ensure all study materials are clear, accessible, and device-friendly. If you believe a file is corrupted or incomplete, reach out for support.
