By accessing or using NotesVault.space, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1) Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or use under the supervision and consent of a parent/guardian).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

2) Nature of Service

NotesVault provides study materials, notes, guides, placement prep, and related digital content for personal, educational use. We are not an official university/college and our content is supplementary.

3) Licensing & Your Rights to Use

When you purchase or access a digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the content for personal, non-commercial study.
You may not copy, resell, redistribute, upload publicly, share paid files, or use the content to build competing services without our written permission.
Institutional/educator use requires a separate license from us.

4) Orders, Pricing & Taxes

Prices are shown in INR unless stated otherwise.
We may change prices, run promotions, or correct errors at any time.
Taxes (including GST, if applicable) may be charged as per law.
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

5) Payments & Security

Payments are processed by third-party payment partners. We don’t store full card/bank details.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us/our payment partners to charge the due amount.
If a payment is flagged as fraudulent or unauthorized, we may suspend access.

6) Delivery of Digital Products

Access is typically provided immediately after successful payment (or as described on the product page).
If you face access/download issues, contact mail.notesvault@gamil.com with your order details.

7) Refunds & Cancellations (Digital Goods)

Because our products are digital, all sales are generally final. However, we may consider refunds in specific cases:

Duplicate purchase of the same product.
Proven technical issue preventing access/download, and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time.
Any case where a refund is required by applicable law.
To request a refund, email mail.notesvault@gamil.com within 7 days of purchase with your order ID and details.

8) Academic Integrity

Our materials are designed to help you learn. You agree not to:

Use the content to cheat, impersonate, or violate your institution’s policies.
Submit our materials as original assignments where prohibited.
You are responsible for complying with your university/college rules.

9) User Content & Conduct

If we allow reviews, comments, or uploads:

You are responsible for your submissions and must have the rights to share them.
Don’t post anything illegal, infringing, abusive, or harmful.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these standards.

10) Intellectual Property

All Website content (texts, PDFs, images, logos, design) is owned by NotesVault or its licensors and protected by IP laws.
“NotesVault” and associated marks, logos, and graphics are our trademarks or trade dress.
Use of our marks without permission is prohibited.

11) Copyright/Content Complaints

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used improperly, email mail.notesvault@gamil.com with:

Your full name and contact details.
A description/URL of the allegedly infringing material.
Proof that you own or are authorized to act for the rights holder.
A statement that your notice is accurate and made in good faith.

12) Third-Party Links & Tools

We may link to third-party sites or use third-party tools (e.g., payment gateways). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use them at your own risk and review their terms.

13) Service Changes & Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, content, or offering at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any interruption or discontinuation.

14) Disclaimers

Content is provided “as is” and “as available” for educational support only.
We do not guarantee specific grades, placements, or outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
